What is Kegomall?

Kegomall shall use reasonable efforts consistent with prevailing industry standards to provide and maintain our Services and website, in a manner that minimises errors and interruptions, and shall perform the Services in a professional and workmanlike manner. Furthermore, Kegomall warrants that:

1. Our Services and website shall perform substantially in accordance with the Specifications, and
2. That the functionality of our website shall not be materially decreased during the term of this Agreement. However, Kegomall does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted or error free.
